How to pay the customization fee after subscribing to the EPROLO branding plan?

First, you have to subscribe to the branding membership plan and confirm the customized design diagram with your account manager.
And then, refresh the Branding Project page. You will find the status button is displaying on the page. Click the button to enable your benefits.

Second, after you enable the branding benefits, if there is any product suitable for customization in your orders, your membership name, status, the number of customizable products, and customization fees will be displayed at the bottom of the order.

At last, now you need to pay the order. The total amount will include the customization fee. After your payment is complete, EPROLO will help customize your order.
Please pay attention to the availability of your membership status. We will only charge your customization fee when the membership benefits are opened.
If you do not enable the status, the number of customizable products and customization fee will not show at the bottom of the order.
Under this situation, you can not pay the customization fee, and we will not customize your order.
If the status shows “closed,” please click to enable it and pay the customization fee. We will serve you for customization.
You can open or close your membership benefits at any time at the Branding Project page or the order page. You can’t pay the customization fee if you close it. That is, EPROLO won’t take any action for customization. Please make a careful decision.
When there are pending orders please do not close the membership status to ensure your order goes smoothly. If you need other assistance, don’t hesitate to contact your exclusive account manager. We are always there for you.
Sometimes, the product in your order does not match the EPROLO classification.
If you have subscribed to the EPROLO Branding Project and there are customizable products in your order, you can’t find any information about customization at the bottom of the order. (The information includes your membership name, status, the number of customizable products, and the customization fee.)
